EquipHR Subscription Plans
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our subscription services, digital toolkits, and any associated content or support provided by EquipHR.
Subscription Plans & Billing
EquipHR offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Leadership), each providing access to HR resources, templates, and support services for churches.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly via your selected payment method.
- Billing is recurring until canceled by the subscriber.
- You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account or by contacting support.
Cancellations & Termination
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation, but no partial refunds are issued for the remainder of that billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Refund Policy
- Due to the digital nature of our content and services, no refunds will be issued once payment is processed.
- If you experience an issue or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge for review.
Service Modifications
EquipHR may revise or update service offerings. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes to their subscription plan.
Use License
All materials provided are for internal use by your church or ministry only. Reproduction or resale is prohibited without written permission.
Acceptance
By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. A checkbox confirming acceptance will appear at checkout.
